10Hours of Observation
40Hours of Physical Review
25Hours of Practice Teaching
Observation
Observation hours are intended to deepen your understanding of teaching technique, sequencing, cueing, and client interaction. This is your opportunity to learn by watching experienced instructors and noticing how sessions are guided in practice.
Physical Review
Physical review hours are designed to strengthen your embodied understanding of the repertoire. These hours should support your own movement practice, helping you refine technique, transitions, and familiarity with the exercises taught during the course.
Practice Teaching
Practice teaching hours give you hands-on experience applying the method in a real teaching context. This is where you build confidence, improve cueing, develop class presence, and learn to teach with clarity, precision, and safety.
