Membership Options

All London studios will receive new names and new options to book in any studio within London. Existing memberships and options will be amended to allow for cross studio bookings within London. This change does not affect Core Windsor and its current structure.

Cancellation Policies

12 Hour – Late Cancellation A late cancellation will trigger an automatic nominal late cancellation fee of £15, but clients will retain the original class credit. This does not effect 24 hour cancellation policies for Personal Trainings

No-Show For Booked Class A not-show to a booked confirmed class will automatically trigger a £30 charge 24 hours after class.

These updates will take effect from 1st of July 2025 and terms and conditions will be updated
