How do I cancel my class/appointment
The cancellation button is on your upcoming schedule on your app. Please note the cancellation deadlines:
Group Classes: 12 hours before the class
Personal Training: 24 hours before the session
I am running late, what do I do?
For your safety and not to disturb the class in progress, you will not be let in if you arrive less than 10 minutes into the class and you will be considered not showing for class.

Minimum age is 18, but ages 16-17 can join together with parent/guardian.
Pregnancies

New Prenatal Clients
1-12 Weeks
Congratulations! You have a very exciting time ahead. At this point, you have to be very careful and take care of yourself. Therefor we will not accept any new clients in the first trimester.
13-28 Weeks
At week 12, we can do a Pre Natal Assessment. This session will contain exercises you can do and modifications to these. After this, you can join our Basic – Classical Reformer classes up to week 20.
After week 20, you will need to continue with Personal training sessions so we can make sure your and the little one is doing great.
29-40 Weeks
It is not suitable to commence training at this stage of the pregnancy.
Existing Prenatal Clients
Congratulations! We now have to make sure you are fit to continue your classes until the big day comes. You can continue attending the Basic- Classical Reformer classes until week 12. Before week 13, you have to attend a PreNatal assessment so we can make sure the best way forward in this exciting time. You should not attend Power, Intermediate or advanced classes.
At week 20, you will need to move to personal training for all your sessions. Any classes on your account can be frozen or converted to personal training.
