Yes. Clients who are new to Reformer Pilates should choose an appropriate beginner or basic-level class. Your instructor will explain the equipment and guide you through the exercises.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Anti-slip grip socks are required for Reformer classes.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving around 5 to 10 minutes before your first session. This gives you time to find the studio, check in and speak with your instructor.
Does the studio offer private Pilates sessions?
Yes. Core Kensington offers personalised one-to-one Pilates sessions using Reformer and specialist Pilates equipment.
How do I book a class?
Classes and personal training sessions can be booked through the Core Pilates Studios website or app, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Group classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours incur a £15 late cancellation fee. The class credit is retained and remains available to rebook.
Personal training sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are charged in full.
What happens if I arrive late?
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time cannot be admitted to the class.
This policy helps protect your safety because the opening section includes important equipment settings, preparation and exercise instruction.
