Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Classes

What is Pilates, and is it right for me?

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body training method focused on strength, mobility, posture, and control. It’s suitable for all levels and can be adapted for injuries, pregnancy, or specific goals.

Do I need prior experience to join a class?

No experience is needed. Many of our clients start as complete beginners. We recommend starting with an Intro or Beginner class.

What’s the difference between Reformer and Mat Pilates?

Reformer Pilates uses specialised equipment with springs for resistance and support. Mat Pilates is performed on the floor using bodyweight and small props. Both are effective—your choice depends on your goals and preferences.

How many people are in each class?

Class sizes are kept intentionally small so instructors can provide personalised guidance and modifications.
