New Prenatal Clients
1-12 Weeks
Congratulations! You have a very exciting time ahead. At this point, you have to be very careful and take care of yourself. Therefore we can not accept any new clients in the first trimester.
13-28 Weeks
At week 12, we can do a Pre Natal Assessment. This session will contain exercises you can do and modifications to these. After this, you can join our Basic – Classical Reformer classes up to week 20.
After week 20, you will need to continue with Personal training sessions or dedicated PreNatal classes when offered until the big day. This way we can make sure your and the little one is doing great.
29-40 Weeks
It is not suitable to commence training at this stage of the pregnancy.
Existing Prenatal Clients
Congratulations! We now have to make sure you are fit to continue your classes until the big day comes. This applies to you, if you have been doing regular classes or sessions at our studios for a longer period and have a good foundation.
You can continue attending the Basic – Classical Reformer classes until week 12. Before week 13, you have to attend a PreNatal assessment so we can make sure the best way forward in this exciting time. You will not be able attend Power, Intermediate or Advanced classes.
At week 20, you will need to move to personal training or dedicated PreNatal classes where offered.
Any sessions on your account can be frozen or converted to personal training/classes on request during this time.
